Application Requirements

Before submitting your application, ensure you have the following documents ready. A complete application avoids delays and ensures your file is reviewed within our standard admissions window.

Completed online application form (submitted via the RuonaU admissions portal)
Valid government-issued identification (national ID, passport, or birth certificate)
Official academic transcripts and certificates from all previously attended institutions
Passport-sized photograph (recent, high resolution)
Personal statement outlining your academic motivation, career goals, and why you chose RuonaU

Undergraduate & HND Applicants

For Cameroonian Applicants
Applicants must provide a clear photocopy of their GCE A-Level, Baccalauréat Général, Baccalauréat Technique, Baccalauréat Professionnel, BTS, OND, or equivalent qualification issued by the Cameroon General Certificate of Education Board (CGCEB) or the Office du Baccalauréat du Cameroun (OBC), as proof of eligibility for admission.

For International Applicants
Applicants holding qualifications issued outside Cameroon must submit an official equivalence certificate or recognition letter issued by a competent authority in their country of origin, confirming that their qualification meets the minimum entry requirements for the programme applied for at RuonaU. Where an official equivalence document is not available, the RuonaU Admissions Office reserves the right to conduct an independent assessment of the qualification and request supporting documentation, including certified translations into English where applicable.

Master's & MBA Applicants

A first degree (minimum Second Class Lower / 2:2) from a recognised institution

Official undergraduate transcripts showing full academic record

Two professional or academic references

MBA applicants: Minimum of 2 years post-graduation work experience recommended

Direct Entry & Transfer Applicants

Direct Entry: A-Level, Baccalauréat, HND, or equivalent holders may enter select Bachelor's programmes at Year Two

Transfer: Currently enrolled at, or recently departed from, a recognised university or higher institution

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/5.0 (or equivalent), in good academic and disciplinary standing

Official transcripts and a letter of good standing from your current or previous institution

About Admissions

RuonaU is currently undergoing the formal accreditation process with the National Commission on Private Higher Education under the Ministry of Higher Education of Cameroon. We are committed to full regulatory compliance and keep applicants informed as accreditation milestones are reached.

Requirements vary by programme level. Undergraduate and HND applicants need a GCE A-Level, Baccalauréat, or equivalent qualification. Postgraduate applicants need a recognised first degree. See the Application Requirements section above for full details.

Yes. International applicants are welcome and may submit an official equivalence certificate or recognition letter confirming their qualification meets our minimum entry requirements.
