WHO CAN APPLY FOR AN INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER?
Transfer Eligibility
- Currently enrolled at or recently departed from a recognised university or higher institution.
- Completed a minimum of one full academic session (year) at your current institution.
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 / 5.0 (or equivalent) on your current academic record.
- In good academic and disciplinary standing at your current institution.
- Applying to transfer into a programme available at RuonaU at the equivalent level.
Documents Required
- Completed RuonaU Inter-University Transfer application form
- Official transcripts from current institution showing all completed courses and grades
- Letter of good standing or introduction from your current institution's Registrar
- Minimum secondary school leaving qualifications from a recognised examining body in your country of study, including passes in English or French and Mathematics
- Personal statement explaining your reasons for transferring to RuonaU
- Two academic references

Our Academic Board reviews each course individually. Credits that align with an equivalent RuonaU course are typically transferred in full; others may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. You can apply while still enrolled elsewhere as long as you have completed at least one full academic session and can provide a letter of good standing from your current institution.
You need a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 / 5.0 (or the equivalent on your institution's grading scale) to be eligible for an Inter-University Transfer.
